Service Description

We are a travel agency and we search for hotels, activities and transportation services in your budget and we try our best not to go over. We do have to add a 5% PayPal processing fee to the final payment and that sometimes makes it go over. We will send you pics of the hotel and activities and a little blurb about each. We will give you a breakdown of the cost. We do pre-email the hotels and activity vendors about their availability, but nothing is confirmed until you accept the quote and then we will re-confirm with them. A $50.00 USD non refundable deposit is required to start the process and if you use our services, this amount will be deducted from the total payment due. Reservations must be paid in advance to hold. Once payment is made, you will receive all the hotel, tour and transport information. We will be available to you up until your trip and during to help with any questions. We work with the hotels/vendors and they give us a commission for helping to book for them. *Please make sure you have reviewed our POLICIES.* Due to the popularity of the destination(s), the small size of some boutique hotels, inns, and lodges and during certain holiday periods, additional deposits/ and or payments may be required to continue to hold the confirmed space.
